2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 19.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 13911 of 2014.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party-District Manager, State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, Samastipur, Annexure-A series whereof being the order of the Chief of Finance of the BSFC, Patna dated 06.10.2016 discloses that final payment of the admitted dues of the petitioner has been made by the
Patna High Court MJC No.3159 of 2016 dt.23-08-2017 2/2 authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3159 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
