The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 61/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was running a brick kiln without paying tax. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tax has already been deposited and the receipt is annexed as Annexure-2 of the bail petition.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26039 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 61/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
