2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 255/2023 registered for the offences under Sections 419/420 of I.P.C. and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act and Sections 103 and 104 of Trade Mark Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that the petitioner had purchased Lakhi Bhog Rice brand rice for personal consumption and the purchase bill of the same has been brought on record as Annexure '2'. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
