Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanhauli P.S.Case No. 30 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner has physical relationship with the complainant/informant and when she became pregnant she married with another person, who deserted her and petitioner has refused to marry her.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that she married with another person and in order to put pressure upon the petitioner to marry her, this false an concocted case has been filed.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Kanhauli P.S.Case No. 30 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
