JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 On 20.12.2017, nobody had appeared for the parties. Today also nobody appears for the parties. However, the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif has submitted a report to this Court dated 24.01.2018 wherein it has been stated that the charges have been framed on 21.06.2016 against the accused persons and during the course of the trial altogether four witnesses have already been examined. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present case.

Petition is dismissed.
