In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No.46 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, a four year boy was kidnapped and the name of the petitioner has come repeatedly right from para 53 of the case diary.

As there is direct allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26385 of 2017 (3) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 the court below will pass the order without being prejudiced to the order passed by this Court.
