The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with K. Nagar (Srinagar) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and all are said to have attacked the informant. It is further submitted that similarly situated accused persons, who have also been named in the FIR, have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.08.2015 passed in Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32687 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 Misc. No. 32518 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
