No.39741 of 2011 to the extent that in paragraph-1 Complaint Case No.2701 of 2010 should have been typed which has wrongly been typed as 2710 of 2010, as a result whereof similar error cropped up in the order dated 18.05.2015 passed in the aforesaid criminal miscellaneous whereby the criminal proceeding of complaint petition was quashed.

The error is typographical one. Hence, prayer is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55102 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 allowed.

Let the petitioner correct the complaint case number in the petition and order dated 18.05.2015 be correctly read as passed in Complaint Case No.2701 of 2010.
