The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Case diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from possession of the petitioner of any psychotropic substance. He further submits that similarly situated accused persons have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 14.07.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 24373 of 2015. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32371 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 30.04.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 12033 of 2015. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No 20 of 2014, Special Case No. 7 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
