The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Rs.20,000/- of the informant was robbed by three unknown miscreants, leading to registration of the FIR against unknown. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confession of co-accused Ram Kumar.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and for the same incident another case being registered, the petitioner has also been roped therein and apart from that the petitioner is not accused in any other case.
The aforesaid facts may constitute good ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32445 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Deokund P.S. Case No.11 of 2012, pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar (Aurangabad).
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
