Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court with same cause of action vide order dated 22.08.2023 passed in CWJC No.3002 of 2023 in which direction was made by this Hon'ble Court to file a representation within 4 weeks and the respondents No.2 & 3 have been directed to consider the same within the period of 8 weeks.

3. Counsel further submits that he has filed his first representation on 16.09.2023, but no order has been passed.

Thereafter, he has filed further representation on 08.03.2025, but no order has been passed on the same. He further submits that under wrong impression, he has filed the present writ petition.

4. Counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that he shall direct to his officials to pass order on the representation of the petitioner filed earlier within 60 days from the date of production of this order.

5. In the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off directing respondent No.3, the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Nagar Nigam, to pass order in compliance of order dated 22.08.2023 passed in CWJC No.3002 of 2023 within 60 days from today.
