The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mansi P.S. Case No. 183/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that accidentally some water fell on the road between the house of the informant and the petitioner. It is alleged that petitioners came and assaulted the informant and her husband. Pintu Ram and others came and Pintu Ram is said to have assaulted the husband of the informant Md. Akbar with Rambha.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Pintu Ram has already been granted regular bail by the learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26037 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 below. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are ladies. The occurrence took place on petty dispute.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 183/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
