In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 424 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The statement of witness Kajal Kumari in paragraph no.25 of the Case Diary fully supports the prosecution case and has also named the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Meena Devi is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26042 of 2017 (3) dt.11-08-2017 If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below will consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
