JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 In view of the stand taken by the respondents in para10 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to allocate the fund to the University for payment of dues admissible to the petitioner in terms of Annexure-A dated 15.7.2007.
Considering the stand taken by the respondents particularly the order contained in Memo No. 1175 dated 15.7.2017, the State is required to take appropriate decision so that the petitioner is paid his legitimate dues in terms of letter contained memo no. 1175 dated 15. 7. 2017 within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13461 of 2014(3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.
The University is required to ensure payment within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the fund by the State Government.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
