The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 314 of 2016 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, section 11(E)(J) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act and sections 47, 48, 49, 50 and 96 of the Transportation of Animal Act, 1978.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner is bona fide purchaser of the said Cattle and he had purchased the same from Animal Fair, Sitamarhi Ghora Bazar. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.26565 of 2017 (2) dt.18-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 314 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
