The petitioners have renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 8.6.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.9970 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioners have remained in custody since 20.11.2020. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68586 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioners in the earlier order of rejection dated 8.6.2021 and the period in custody of the petitioners, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Excise C-1 Case no. 203 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Purnea.
