JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case filed with accusation for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 385, 379, 447 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken.

It is alleged that co-accused Uma Devi transferred the land of the complainant in favour of the petitioner through a sale deed in collusion with the other accused persons during the pendency of Title Suit No. 39 of 2012.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is agnate of the informant and Title Suit No. 39 of 2012 is pending between the parties. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
