Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 03.02.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 30532 of 2020 (Annexure - 1).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.01.2019 and uptillnow, six witnesses out of eight witnesses have already been examined. Taking into consideration the nature of accusation, quantity of recovered Ganja and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since January, 2019, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
