Having regard to the fact that the Headmasters have a State cadre and the petitioner's selection on the post of Headmaster had led to his posting, this Court will not encourage the petitioner now to get choice posting by way of asking his absorption to a post which has subsequently become vacant. This application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
