2. The petitioner claims that he has worked as Executive Assistant on contractual basis under Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Patna at Dehri CNR Godown, Dehri. It is his grievance that his emoluments have not been paid so far. According to him, a total sum of Rs.84536/- is admittedly payable to him.

3. Considering the nature of grievance, which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application, it is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17908 of 2019(30) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Corporation to ensure that the admitted dues of the petitioner is paid within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
