Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 269, 270, 353, 120(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 51(b) of the Disaster Management Act and Section 3 of the Epidemic Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. The informant alleges that on receiving information

No.68871 of 2021(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/3 about a road accident, he along with the police official reached the place of occurrence where he saw a crowd burning tyres and creating law and order situation on which he tried to pacify the crowd but the crowd was not getting under control and they even created disturbance on the road and abused the police officials and also beaten some passengers.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the people on account of road accident were demonstrating against the authority as the road despite being busy is not mend properly as a result of which such occurrence takes place. It is next submitted that the allegation as alleged in the FIR is general and omnibus in nature and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
