The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 30 liters of country-made Mahua liquor has been recovered from Baswari (Bamboo clump) of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from the bamboo clump, which is accessible to general people. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
