Petitioners are in custody in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that total 25.800 liters of liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 3.7.2019.

Case No.106 of 2019.
