2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by the present writ petition decision taken by the District Programme Officer, Rohtas, Sasaram dated 01.06.2019 vide Memo No. 336 has been challenged. Counsel submits that the District Programme Officer issued the said letter by which the entire process of earlier advertisement has been set aside and a fresh advertisement has been directed to be made.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.17896 of 2019(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 affidavit has not come in this case as yet. In view of this Court, keeping this petition pending only for filing counter affidavit shall not serve any purpose.

4. As such, it is directed to the petitioner to file afresh representation along with a copy of the order passed by this Court before the District Magistrate Rohtas, Sasaram challenging the order of the District Programme Officer dated 24.05.2019. Thereafter, the District Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the fresh representation filed by the petitioner within 60 days from the date of filing of the representation.
