Petitioner is not named in the first information report and admittedly, the informant lodged the present case against the co-accused Brajesh Mishra and one Anu but in course of investigation, one Abhishek Singh was arrested and his confessional statement was recorded and the aforesaid Abhishek Singh disclosed the name of the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
