The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 266 of 2019 for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that in the instant case 36 liters of illicit liquor was seized.
