Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and he is a young boy aged about 25 years and is in custody since 05.07.2024. It is further submitted that the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to land, the petitioner assaulted Ashish Pandey by an iron rod causing fracture of bone. Thereafter, Suresh and Bikash assaulted Ashish Pandey, but on alarm, they fled. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would

It is also submitted that the petitioner is not a criminal and his entire career would be ruined, if he remains in custody for a long period of time and chances are bright that he may come in contact with hardened criminals. It is also submitted that this is the first offence of the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024.
