Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.8.2014 on the accusation that one country made pistol along with two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati P.S. Case no. 226/2014.
