The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire money has already been refunded by the petitioner to Jaykanti Devi. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. She is a lady of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56845 of 2022(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
