2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i. Issue an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions for quashing and setting aside the entire revision proceeding of Revision Case No. 05 of 2021 initiated or entertained at the behest of private respondent(s), as the matter

Patna High Court CWJC No.14904 of 2025(3) dt.06-01-2026 2/3 already stood finally adjudicated earlier in Revision Case Nos. 1393, 1394, and 1395 of 1988, which were preferred by Ghurbigan Rai against the appellate order dated 11.04.1988 passed in Appeal Nos. 456, 457, and 458, and the same were rejected by the competent revisional authority vide order dated 24.09.1988, thereby upholding the appellate orders in favour of the petitioner's predecessor-in-interest;

ii. In the alternative, and without prejudice to the relief sought in paragraph (i) above, command the respondent authorities, particularly the Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2), to dispose of Revision Case No. 05/2021 expeditiously within a time-bound period, preferably within a period of three months, in accordance with law;

iii. Pass such other order/order's as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14904 of 2025(3) dt.06-01-2026 3/3 interest of justice."

3. On 23.09.2025, an order was passed to issue notice to the respondent nos. 4 to 6 within a period of three weeks.

4. As it was a peremptory order and the defect(s) was not removed, it got dismissed on 07.10.2025.
