JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report and in course of investigation, several witnesses including eye witnesses, claimed to have seen the petitioner and others assaulting the deceased.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 322 of 2015 stands rejected.
