JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners were caught by the police while they were making preparation to commit dacoity and one country-made Katta each and live cartridges were said to have been recovered from possession of petitioners. Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 11-04-2015. It would appear from perusal of paragraph-3 of the petition that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case
