The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 527 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 379, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18(A), 17(B), 27(C) and 27(D) of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
In view of the fact that the alleged seizures were made in the presence of the petitioner, who is said to have taken possession of the same after taking a Jimmanama, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
