2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a), 30(c) 30(d), 30(e) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act. 3 . It is alleged that 360 liters of sprit, leveling sticker, 2000 pieces empty bottles, packing machine, and a Honda Shine motorcycle was recovered from the house of coaccused Lalti Devi.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of special Judge of excise 02 Aurangabad in connection with G.R. No. 1297 of 2024 arising out of Daudnagar Police Station Case No. 447 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
