JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 06.08.2018, passed in CWJC No.10419 of 2008 to the extent of amending the period mentioned in the said order, for which salary has not stood paid to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsels for the respondents do not have any objection if the period as aforesaid, is modified.

3. Accordingly, it is directed that the period mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 06.08.2018 pertaining to the period of non-payment of salary as 15.03.2002 to 03.11.2003 be read as

Patna High Court MJC No.3258 of 2019(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 15.03.2000 to 03.11.2003.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
