1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents more particularly the Respondents No. 6 and 7 to implement the Order dated 21.10.2011 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Patna in Case No. 16/2010-11 [Chandeshwar Singh & Ors. Versus Babuchandra Rai & Others), whereby and where under Circle Officer, Sampatchak has been directed to get the land measured through the Anchal Amin

Patna High Court CWJC No.15104 of 2014(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 and thereafter extend help in constructing the Boundary Wall with the help of police."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
