The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 304B/34 and of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the deceased stated that her daughter was married with Amit Kumar, son of the petitioners, in the year 2012. She made allegation that husband of her daughter, father-inlaw, mother-in-law and others were demanding motor cycle. Her daughter was killed.

It is submitted that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The petitioners are living at the first floor of the house whereas the deceased and her husband were living at the second floor. It has come during the course of investigation in paragraphs 46 and 47 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33702 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 the case diary that the deceased and her husband were quarrelling with each other. The husband of deceased is in jail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Satya Priya Anand, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
