Mr.Arvind Kumar Pandey (App.84) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2024 This is an application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 23.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4870 of 2022 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail, if there is no substantial progress in the trial within one year.

3. Charges have already been framed in the case as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is accused in 5 more cases of serious and similar nature.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in committing dacoity in the house of the informant and is

6. This application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner/s.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to produce the witness(s) during trial so that petitioner's right of speedy trial is not defeated.
