The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Spl. Case No.3000 of 2019 corresponding to Bhadaur P.S. Case No.17 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent and petitioner has not apprehended on the spot but it appears that informant saw the petitioner and four other persons carrying liquor on their head but seeing the police, the petitioner managed to flee away. One person, namely, Pankaj Kumar Singh was apprehended on the spot and he disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons who were also carrying huge quantity of liquor.
