2. The challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is to an order passed by the learned Single Bench on 24th of August, 2016 in Civil Review No. 211 of 2016 whereby the review application filed by the appellant was dismissed for the reason that no case of review is made out.

3. We do not find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Bench when the review application is dismissed.

4. The present Letters Patent Appeal directed against the order in review stands dismissed.
