Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between the parties and injuries sustained by the injured have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Opposite party no opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
