2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 & 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioners is of matrimonial cruelty and demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner no. 1 & 2 are brother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 & 4 are nephew of husband of the informant. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan / concerned court in connection with Hussainganj (M. H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
