Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47(a) and 68A (d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. Taking into consideration that in huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the dicky of car of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with G.O. case no. 335/2016 stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court, if his trial is not concluded within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
