2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. During search near railway track, 191.520 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of one antecedent of the same nature and he is in custody since 11.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63331 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 furnish bail bond after two months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise I, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
