This is an appeal under Sections 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by order dated 26.05.2018 in Registered Case No.127 of 2018 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Rohtas P.S.Case No. 99 of 2018.

Prayer is for withdrawal of this appeal on behalf of the appellant, as the appellant wants to surrender in this case. Hence, prayer is allowed.

This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
