2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that co-accused Sonu Kumar had allegedly made a video of informant's daughter while she was attending call of nature in an open field. It is further alleged that the accused person including the petitioner threatened informant's daughter that if she does not marry co-accused Sonu Kumar, then her video would be made viral and due to which she was unable to bear the torture made by the accused persons and she committed suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56745 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner rather specific allegation is against coaccused, namely, Sonu Kumar. It is next submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case because she is sister of co-accused Sonu Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
