The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 04.08.2016 passed by Sub divisional Officer, Teghara by which proceeding initiated under Section 144 of the Cr. P.C was disposed of by making the rule absolute against second party. I find that this writ petition is misconceived. Civil writ it not maintainable against the order of Sub divisional Officer disposing of a proceeding under Section 144 of the Cr. P.C. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
