ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 366A/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no role to play rather it was chandan with whom she had eloped, and there was a love affair between them.

Learned counsel for the informant is also present and submits that the present petitioner is specifically named in the statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27332 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
