The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No.565/2019 arising out of Keoti P.S. Case No.86/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made near the Behatwara Gachhi and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In view of the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IInd-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act),
