The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he contacted Raj Kumar Chadda and his wife Punam Chaddha for job. Raj Kumar Chaddha disclosed that Santosh Kumar, Ashok Kumar (the petitioner) and Md. Amir are looking after the work of preparing Passport and VISA. The informant made allegations against Santosh Kumar and Md. Amir, who took money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he took money from any of the candidates. Co-accused Santosh Kumar and Md. Amir have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12525/2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 17651/2014.

No.34322 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts that the petitioner did not receive money from any person and the persons, who had received money, have already been enlarged on bail, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Khetan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Sri Krishnapuri P.S.
